We have known Betty Ann for over 20 years and have bought and sold with her help and guidance. Jen is absolutely the best realtor we have ever dealt with. We purchased a lake home on Lake Winnipesaukee through her. Having grown up on the lake, Jen knows it better then anyone. She asked how we liked to spend our time on the lake. Since we like to kayak and paddleboard, Jen suggested an   area of the lake we were unfamiliar with. We've been in the home now for a month and it is truly the best place for our family and we could not be any happier. Jen went above and beyond for us. We live 6 hours from the lake and started working with her before the coronavirus pandemic. Jen was able to work with us thru the pandemic giving us virtual tours of homes on facetime. She scheduled various inspections and worked to resolve some difficult issues with our mortgage company. Jen was absolutely amazing. We were trying to purchase a house from out of state. Jen worked with my Dad on showings going way outside of her normal coverage area trying to find us the perfect house. I worked with Jen McCullough "Lake Jen" while looking for an island property on Lake Winnipesaukee. Initially I was drawn to her because of her connection and experience in the Lakes Region. It wasn't before long that I knew she was an excellent match. Lake Jen was extremely responsive and knowledgeable during the exciting process of finding our home. If i ever had a question, she would instantly get back (usually after work hours) with a thoughtful, insightful response.
